+: Everything was perfect. I can honestly say that it was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had) The staff were extremely friendly, everyone was happy to help us. The food (we had a half-board) was perfect, best a-la-carte all-included restaurant I have seen, props to the chef. Also, I wanna specifically mention that, because I wrote in advance about our anniversary with my girlfriend, I had the surprise to see us get a free room upgrade, a heartwarming letter and a super cute cake made specifically for us at our arrival. We were both very touched by that. 1010 overall, thank you!
