+: This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever visited. It felt more like a palace than a hotel. The room was so big and luxurious. Senara, Manal, and Steven at the reception, and Vihanga from the restaurant made our stay very special

-: The hotel management needs to hire more people to operate the hotel smoothly. Given its size, it is understaffed.
