Очень не понравилось, как встретили. На ресепшене сказали, что отель на нас не забронирован. Пришлось доказывать, что у нас не только бронь, но и номер оплачен полностью со всеми налогами. Было очень неприятно после долгой дороги с ребенком, получить отказ в размещении. Заселили только спустя 2 часа. Кроме того, мы ждем возврата депозита. (третий день после возвращения)

Заселение в 16.00 в номер где только что сделали ремонт в ванной с ужасным едким запахом ацетона, бассейн и сауна - это сказано слишком громко- работает до 18.00Близость к аэропорту (такси 22 дирхама)

На сайте нет информации, что отель располагает двухкомнатными номерами для четверых взрослых. Из-за этого заранее выкупили номер с двумя спальнями в более дорогом (очень грязненьком) соседнем отеле. Ну ооооочень пожалели. Очень уютный и просторный номер. Чистая кухня. Очень тихо и вечером и ночью. Кровать удобная. В номере нет посторонних запахов, кроме моющих средств, видимо после уборки. Персонал молодцы, улыбчивые, вежливые. Определённо можно рекомендовать отель друзьям. Время проживания: Октябрь 2016
