+: its clean and staff are great and helpful but the location is a bit far from the City if you are doing a lot of activities its not a very convenient location wise, but the property is really good.

+: The location since it is in Palm Jumeirah. I like how accomodating the staffs are. Breakfast is good also. I like that they accomodate late check outs.
-: We waited for few hours before we were able to checked in as they saidrooms were not ready yet and they were fullybooked on that day which was on a Saturday. We booked for a 2 bedroom apartment but in the end we got a 2 separate studio room as the 2 bedroom apartment was not available.

+: Nádherná hotel, jehož kvalitu pozdvihl velmi milý a vstřícný personál. Úklid pokojeapartmánu byl každý den naprosto fantastický, každý den na pokoji čekalo velmi milé překvapení ve formě živých květů, labutí z ručníků atd.
