-: Parking- I parked my jeep in the hotel parking and when I went to get my car there was work men on ladders inches from my car. They were working on pipes on the roof above beside my car as they said an unexpected water burst happened. My car was was very dirty after it. I’m not bothered about the dirt, I was very bothered that the hotel manager failed to contact me. She claimed she called my room but like most guests, we leave during the day. She has all my contact details, my mobile, my email address on the system. She apologized for not doing this claiming she had a meeting but she could have left the task with her reception team if this was the case. I explained that if any damage to my car would occur, who would pay. If I was notified, even on emergency basis, I would have been there in 5 minutes to move my car. It was extremely poor management and I was so upset and angry. This occurred Wednesday 4th September.
