+: Room was beautiful especially the outside pool - sadly we weren’t able to use at all it due to construction happening on both sides

-: Loud construction completely ruined the experience - we were told it would stop but it didn’t which was beyond frustrating - no managers were apparently present on the island to talk to - we are awaiting a response regarding potential refund on the room so don’t even know if we will get any compensation to book another trip. Also the only beach bar open was closed to us due to a private event - the main pool bar wasn’t open either. So with the room unusable we had nowhere to go. Staff on the island were nice and did their best but had no authority to help. Basically a horribly managed disaster and it seemed the guest experience was not of any importance at all.
