Exclusive resort is designed for a total of 50 rooms, some of which are luxury villas with private pools. The first European to set foot on his land was Christopher Columbus. For centuries, the island belonged to several plantation families in turn, but in the 1940s the owners lost interest in it, and Jambi Bay was almost uninhabited for half a century. Plantations and pastures gave way to jungles and palm groves. Now many species of birds nest here (including a rare blue pelican), and on the magnificent beaches of the island marine turtles live. During the construction of the hotel its owners set a goal to preserve the natural landscape of the island. The ancient mansion of the planter was carefully restored - the last reminder of the departed colonial times. Now the restaurant of the hotel "The Estate House" is located here. In 2002 the hotel underwent a large-scale reconstruction.

Room types: - Pond Bay Room: The rooms are located on the top floor of the main hotel building - the Pond Bay House, built in Mediterranean style.
- Rondnavel: rooms have an octagonal layout. Each room has a terrace, surrounding it from all sides.
- One-Bedroom Suite: in the room - patio, bedroom, separated from the bedroom guest area, TV, VCR.
- Courtyard Suite: in room - patio, bedroom with a guest area, bath and shower in the open air.
- Harbor Hill Villa: detached two-storey villas. The villa has 2 or 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen. Also on each villa there is a TV, a VCR. The villas are located on the ocean, near the water.
- Harbor Villa: similar to the "Harbor Hill Villa", but are located farther from the sea and have a small private pool.
