-: Tutto da migliorare, dalla cortesia all assistenza. Praticamente la peggiore esperienza durante la nostra settimana in Albania. La doccia era tappata ed essendo aperta in bagno allagava tutto il bagna e persino arrivava L acqua in camera. Lo abbiamo fatto presente ma niente di niente, nè camera cambiata nè hanno provato a sistemare. La tripla invece aveva la luce sparata senza tende , senza possibilità di oscurare la luce al mattino quindi non si dormiva completamente. Anche questo fatto presente ma niente. Staff che sembrava sempre seccato quasi che faceva questo lavoro per forza e con sufficienza. Abbiamo anche dovuto chiedere la carta igienica in entrambe la camera perché finita in 5 dopo due giorni voglio credere. Mancava anche il bagnoschiuma. Evitate questa trappola per turisti , gli albanesi sono molto ospitali ma non in questa struttura. Mi dispiace dare una stella, non L ho mai fatto però se ne sono proprio fregati e non mi hanno nemmeno più scritto per farmi sapere se avevano provveduto a sistemare la doccia.
