+: Casa grande e funzionaleIl letto di sopra era molto comodo e spazioso. Un'ottima idea!
-: È vicina al mare ma la strada per arrivarci è letteralmente un cantiere. Pericolo di scivolare lungo la discesasalita, strada che va percorsa per forza per arrivare all'appartamento. Essendo al piano terra ci sono delle piccole formichine che camminavano nei letti al piano sotto.
