+: We loved to stay here!The location is great, the room was clean all the time, the staff is wonderful, everybody was so nice to us.The breakfast was good and complete.The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, food and drinks were amazing, with good price.

-: The shower has no door, so the water goes to the bathroom, however, the floor gets dry super fast.

+: Frühstück war gut, Strand war ok noch ausbaufähig.

-: Als wir am Strand lagen wollte man extra von uns 15€ pro Tag für einen Sonnenschirm inkl. 2 Liegen und pro Tag 2 € pro Person für ein Handtuch. Als ich den Mitarbeiter am Strand darauf angesprochen habe warum wir das bezahlen müssen war er sehr unverschämt und respektlos. Es hieß wir würden 20% Rabatt erhalten und mussten dann noch 10€ pro Tag zahlen… alle anderen Hotels nebenan haben keine Gebühr erhoben und hatten ein super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

+: A localização é excelente próximo de tudo, quarto espaçoso com uma maravilhosa vista, limpeza muito boa, as recepcionistas foram muito gentis e educadas. Ótima opção de acomodação. Com estacionamento, diferencial importante em Sarande, devido a dificuldade de encontrar vaga de estacionamento na rua.

-: O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor e mais variado. O ar condicionado pingava água em cima da cama, um detalhe que pode ser resolvido facilmente.

+: der Ausblick aus dem Fenster

-: Aus einem Adults Only Hotel wurde über Nacht, während unseres Aufwnthaltes, ein Familienhotel. Die Liegen am Strand kosten pro TAG 70€ extra. Das Frühstück kann als solches nicht bezeichnet werden. Der Kaffee schäumte, die Tassen schmutzig, die Tische ebenfalls klebrig. Die Qualität der Nahrungsmittel war unterirdisch. Halbpension kostete ebenfalls immer noch extra, da keine Getränkepreise in der Karte verzeichnet waren, wer über 4000Lek kommt, bezahlt eben nochmal mehr.
