+: Staff friendly and ready for every request.Good breakfast, with variety of salty and sweet things. Good position, not far from the centre and full of shops and restaurant 10minutes from there.

-: The car park was a bit difficult as it is on top of a hill (work in progress for new buildings) with not much option to turn your car. I would suggest to drive in a small car. The car park and the steep hill are the only down sides, other than that all was very pleasant!

-: Non era segnalato nella descrizione dell’ hotel che per raggiungerlo ci fosse una salita molto ripida (mia mamma soffre di vertigini e sarebbe stato comodo saperlo) In bagno non c’erano le mini size di shampoo e il dosatore del sapone per il lavandino (glielo abbiamo chiesto e ce l’ha dato) Nella nostra camera non c’era nemmeno il phone per i capelli.Per la colazione sicuramente possono migliorare

+: Vederea era plăcută și atât.

-: Am stat la ultimul etaj și era extraordinar de cald,tot timpul au cantat cocoșii și au cotcodacit găinile vecinilor.Efectiv nu puteam sa adorm de cucurigeala pe 2 voci. Gazdele foarte apatice.Dupa ce ca era foarte departe de centrul orașului și transportul este oarecum deficitar în Albania,nu au încercat măcar sa obțină informații precise despre ceea ce ma interesa legat de transport. Micul dejun sărăcăcios și insuficient.Daca nu veneai în primele 10 min,nici legume nu mai găseai.

+: La struttura è nuova, e la colazione ha una vista fantastica

-: La prima criticità è la posizione, inesistente su Google maps e molto scomoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Inoltre le camere non dispongono di tutti i servizi di un hotel (phone, bagnoschiuma) ma bisogna richiederli. Purtroppo in stanza c’erano insetti

+: Klimatizace a lednice na pokoji.

-: Prijezd na ubytovani autem je pro odvazne. Opravdu strme stoupani do lehke zatacky. Pujceny fiat 1.6 tam hrabal. Nahore u hotelu je maly prostor pro parkovani. Na zakourene “recepci”(baru) po prijezdu jsme chteli zaplatit kartou, ale bylo nam receno ze to u nich nelze, platba pouze v hotovosti a ze si muzeme vybrat ve meste. Trvali jsme na platbe kartou a po chvili se objevil terminal s tim, ze nektere karty neprijima. Prvni odmitli, druha prijata. Na jednu noc jsme nepotrebovali vyhled na more, ale vyhled ve 2. patre do skaly vzdalene 1m od okna jsme necekali. V koupelne neni u sprchy zastena, takze voda je vsude. Hodil by se tam alespon mop. Komari byli opravdu vsude. Veskery pohyb na chodbach i v ostatnich pokojich jde slyset. Na snidani nam byla nabidnuta kava a k jidlu pouze vejce - omeleta nebo volske oka. Omeleta byla nacucana olejem, kava byla dobra. Paru vedle donesli dzus a palacinky, ktere nam nabidnuty nebyly. Pokoj byl pomerne cisty a pekny. Znovu uz bych sem nejela, ale jednu noc jsme to zvladli.

-: Strada molto impervia, manca ascensore e le stanze erano al quarto piano. Ha preteso pagamento anticipato e abbiamo dovuto pagare in fase di check-in

+: Das Bad war relativ neu, mit begehbarer (Regen-) Dusche und die Duschbrause hatte einen guten Wasserdruck. Die Betten waren komfortabel und die Aussicht war traumhaft.

-: Der Weg zum Hotel ist nichts für Angsthasen und meiner Meinung nach auch nur mit dem Auto möglich. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu Fuß lebensgefährlich... Die Steigung dieser unbefestigten Straße ohne jegliche Absicherung ist abenteuerlich...Die angegebene Entfernung zum Meer ist die Luftlinie. Die nächstgelegenen Strände gehören zu Hotels und sind somit nicht öffentlich. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber unter Service verstehe ich etwas anderes. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das Gleiche und selbst das hat ewig gedauert. Einmal kam erst das Essen und 20 min später die Getränke, obwohl wir bis auf ein weiteres Pärchen die einzigen Gäste waren und nur einen Kaffee und einen Tee bestellt hatten. Kalkreiniger scheinen auch Mangelware zu sein. Wasserhahn und Dusche hatten überall Kalkflecken, auch nach der "Zimmerreinigung". Und leider gab es Bad keinen einzigen Haken, etc. Um seine Handtücher aufzuhängen.

+: Auf jeden Fall ist die Aussicht hervorzuheben, die man hat , wenn man ein Zimmer im oberen Bereich hat. Außerdem ist auch das Personal sehr positiv zu erwähnen.Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist sehr sehr steil und nichts für Biker, Anfänger und Angsthasen.

-: Kein Fahrstuhl, nicht zum Badeurlaub und für ältere Leute geeignet, weil dieses Hotel auf einer Anhöhe liegt.Dort ist auch eine Steilküste.Das Hotel ist noch in einem baulich nicht fertigen Zustand. ( Terasse)Frühstück: wer kein Omlet mag, sollte sein Frühstück besser mitbringen denn etwas anderes gibt es nicht.Ein kleiner Kaffee Tee und ein Kaltgetränk gehört dazu, alles andere ist extra und muß bezahlt werden.
