+: Staff were very friendly and helpful and facilities were great! The food was exceptional. Had dinner in the restaurant on our final night and was the best meal we had in Ksamil.

+: Heerlijk zwembad, alles wordt goed schoon gehouden, goed ontbijt buffet, schone kamers met ruime badkamer. De jongen achter de receptie krijgt een speciale dank. Hij doet alles voor de gasten, is uiterst vriendelijk, heel netjes, spreekt goed Engels, overziet dingen doe moeten gebeuren en speelt heel goed in op de behoefte van de gasten. Van wat we hebben gezien in albanie is dit uitzonderlijk!
-: Helaas amper een oog dicht gedaan door de slechte verduistering in de kamer. Er hangt weliswaar een rolgordijn voor het raam maar de deur heeft een groot glas erin waar de volle zon doorheen komt en niks voor hangt. We hebben handdoeken tussen de deur geklemd om wat licht tegen te gaan maar dit werkte helaas niet zoals we hadden gehoopt. Slapen in albanie is tot nu toe erg lastig geweest in bijna elk hotel. De kamers verduisteren is echt een must naar onze mening.

+: Really lovely hotel - lovely staff, pool area, restaurant & super clean. Location was also perfect - 5 min walk from the bars restaurants etc but not close enough that you can hear it when you sleep. Man at reception was especially kind and friendly

+: I loved everything about the hotel but need to give extra stars to the staff (they were all soooo nice!) and the cleaning. Everything was always very clean. Breakfast was amazing - fresh and delicious

+: Otelin konumu plaja yürüyerek 5 dakika etrafında çok sayıda restaurant ve market bulunuyor. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi personel bizimle çok ilgilendi. Otel çok sakindi havuz şezlonglar bizim için yeterli ve çok keyifliydi
-: Odamız bahçede giriş kapısının hemen yanındaydı bu sebeple kapımızı hiç açık bırakamadık odayı hiçbir şekilde havalandıramadık. Tuvalet giderinden de koku geliyordu, odayı havalandıramadığımız için bu bizi çok rahatsız etti

+: The staff were amazing! Very friendly, kind and helpful. Def going above and beyond! We even got a stunning fruit plate on our last day :) The breakfast was generous and slightly changing everyday. Food at the restaurant was also really enjoyable. Big plus to the swimming pool, which was super relaxing.
-: Could slightly improve their cocktail skills, but in all honesty that's the only thing we didn't like.
