+: central location in Durres, nice small hotel in side street. large room, great breakfast.
-: There’s a lovely terrace on fourth floor, looks onto the amphitheatre- shame we couldn’t have a drink while sitting there as no bar, nor alcohol in the so called mini bar( only water there).
