-: Het gedrag van de eigenaren bij aankomst was niet wat we verwachtten van de prijs en de eerdere reviews. Er werd moelijk gedaan over parkeren, opmerkingen die impliceerden dan vrouwen slechter kunnen rijden dan mannen. Verder waren veel van de van tevoren aangegeven voorzieningen zoals koffie op de kamer, cappuccino bij het ontbijt en handdoeken bij het strand, alleen beschikbaar tegen extra betaling. De geadverteerde jacuzzi is slechts op 1 kamer aanwezig.

+: Everything was perfect during our stay. The FOTOS family was lovely and took care of us in the best way. The food was brilliant, with various traditional homemade dishes for breakfast and fresh items from the menu. The view from our room was great, and the beach access straight from the hotel was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended for your stays. +: Smart family run establishment, rooms spacious with modern and clean themes, staff efficient friendly and customer focused, with eye on detail. Hosts genuine and lovely.We stayed for 7 days and lived on the hotel sun beds 20m out front of cafe. (Two rooms - party of 3). Triple room with spa and double room w private balcony - pictures are current)Breakfast included in room price and served daily home made fresh pastries, cake, bread, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bacon. Espresso, filtered coffee, teas and juices. Afternoons spent people watching and island gazing from room balcony. Downtown sarande a short walk away for pick of bars night-life and places to eat.
