+: Good location, clean, AC, free access to sunbeds which are located just <1min from hotel. Friendly staff
-: Breakfast was basicly just different versions of egg. Crepes on menu but not available during our stay. No coffee included in breakfast, but just around 1euro for espresso.

+: cleanliness of the room, they cleaned everyday and changed towels and linens. we appreciated it.
-: the room was very very hot, it also smelled bad due to the position being close to the kitchen. the faucet was broken, it was impossible to use it. also the guy at the reception was not friendly.

+: - location and view from the room- cleanliness- beach ( but pay attention that you need shoes to enter the water) and free sunbeds- good restaurant downstairs- a lot of restaurants around
-: - cold breakfast. Since there are no special dishes that keep food hot, I think it is better to reconsider breakfast from buffet to la carte type. Also, vegetables lied around without covers and not protected from insects :(
