-: Bei Ankunft lange Suche notwendig, kein Hinweisschild auf „ERA Beach Appartments“ angebracht, kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Rezeption o.ä.), Kommunikation mit Vermieter daher schwierig bzw. kaum vorhanden, WLAN funktionierte in Wohnung 1 zunächst nicht, in Wohnung 2 nicht dauerhaft.Lärmige Straße, laute Musik bis in die Nacht am Strand und durch diverse Hochzeiten, die fast täglich direkt gegenüber des Hauses gefeiert wurden. Nachbargrundstücke eher ungepflegt.Zweite Wohnung eher spärlicher eingerichtet, keine Balkonmöbel, Fliegengitter defekt, Badezimmer müssten beide komplett erneuert werden, keine WC-Rollen-Halterungen, teilweise keine Duschabtrennung, beide Wasserboiler in den Bädern tropften und hinterließen regelmäßig Wasserlachen auf dem Boden, bei Anreise war kein Klopapier vorhanden.Ausstattung der Küchen eher mangelhaft: z.B. nur 2 Messer, keine kleinen Löffel, keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen, eine noch gefüllte und ungesäuberte Espressokanne in der Ecke

-: The apartment building is surrounded with dirt, the toilet window is across the other building terraces and you can't open it, cause you'll have company. The sofa bed is not stable for sleeping, the internet connection was lost in 2 from 5 days.

+: The accommodation is quite spacious and very close to the beach (2 min walk). The beds are quite comfortable, there is a large closet in the room, the air conditioner works great. The beach is very nicely decorated, but the sunbeds are more expensive than on the beaches in the area.
-: Unfortunately, the sea disappointed me. You won't find that nice blue color in this part. Maybe because of the small river that flows into the area and has a terrible smell. We were by car, so we could visit the beaches in the area. If you want to go out in the evening, the only options are the beach bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. Most people go to Valona by car in the evening (20-60 min drive, depending on traffic).
