+: Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly, the restaurant was very good. Since it was outiside the season, they gave us a suite instead of a standart room (with the price of a standart room). Everything you could expect from a 5 star hotel. Would go again

+: We went to Fafa Premium, but the hotel wasn’t working, so they upgraded our stay and accommodated us in their other hotel Grand Blue Fafa, we were welcomed by a very warm manager who apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to make our check-in process easy. The room had a very nice view, very good wifi, comfy bed.
-: We didn’t book a table for New Year’s, so we weren’t able to even get drinks, we ordered and they told us to wait, but we never got our order. Same thing happened the next day when we ordered in our room, they confirmed the order but never brought it. Since it was New Year’s there were no open markets around. The waiters seemed to be annoyed each time they served us in the restaurant, the desserts were frozen. Not many breakfast options.
