-: Dear Management and Booking.com Support,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked through Booking.com for three nights at a rate of €300 per night, expecting a high standard of service and amenities. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.1. **Reservation Issues:** - I received an email requesting me to call the hotel regarding a potential cancellation of my reservation. This was confusing and inconvenient. I contact the hotel and got a mail that my reservation is confirmed and I don't need to worry. - Upon arrival, the hotel could not find my reservation, causing further delay and frustration.2. **Room Unavailability:** - My room was not ready when I arrived, so I was very happy to wait at the beach.But no that can not , I was informed that I needed to choose specific days to use the beach facilities, which was perplexing and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber and u don't talk a bout free drinks of food , I talk a bout to relax in the beach.3. **Beach Access Restrictions:** - I was told I could only use the beach for three days, because I staying for three nights. This was a surprising and unheard-of policy. - When I tried to use the beach facilities, I was repeatedly told to move from various areas, including the first line of beds near the water, despite paying full price for a resort experience and despite that all the beds was empty !! Again empty!! Maybe it was my skin colour that bother them , I don't know!!But with this attitude I understand why the hotel is empty!! With this process you need to treat like a king and not the way they treat people.4. **Poor Customer Service:** - The staff's attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my very short stay. I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which significantly impacted my experience.

+: Beautiful views from the room. Decent breakfast. Good service all around.
-: The beach was not relaxing due to the dj’s bumping house music for 6-7 hours a day. And then at night couldn’t really sleep because on Fridays and Saturdays they have a concertperformance in their club which I could hear it all in my room.
