This 5-star hotel is located in the center of Shkodra and features a spa and fitness center, which are accessible for free. All rooms at the Grand Hotel Europa are air-conditioned and decorated in classical style. They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. -: in the hotel, the heating in the rooms does not work. I was moved to another room with the same problem. they replied that they were sorry and that it would be fixed tomorrow. They probably tell all the guests that because the hotel is undergoing renovations and upgrades. my advice is not to go to this hotel, because with a price of €120 per night you will not get what you paid for. Likewise, booking.com should pay more attention to the conditions and recommendations they give for accommodation in hotels that are on their website. I myself will consider whether to use your services in the future.
