+: The location, the view from the room and the good behavior of the restaurant and parking staff.
-: On our arrival, we had to wait several minutes for someone to arrive at the reception.Arrival -Upon his arrival at the reception, the 'hotel manager' told us that the rooms we had booked weren't actually available and proceeded to talk about the rooms which were available. It wasn't very clear and quite confusing but we ended up with different rooms which had been recently renovated.Cleaning -The cleaning is done everyday and the sheets are changed every 3rd day. There was no indicators for when the room is vacant so the cleaning lady would often times just knock once and go into the room, whether or not someone is in there. On one occasion while staying in the room, the cleaning lady came in and we told her that we'd leave the room in a bit, so that she would be able to clean, we even informed her colleague when we left the room so it was available for cleaning. When we returned to the room, at around 4 PM, the room was still dirty and we politely asked if it could be cleaned or at least have the towels changed. The lady at the reception told us that the cleaning schedule finishes at 2 PM; which wasn't the case, because the rooms wouldn't be cleaned until around 4 PM almost every day.Sometimes the towels provided were old and small.Breakfast -The breakfast was a buffet. It was a somewhat poor buffet with certain items missing on certain days. Also you could feel the management staff always glaring over your shoulder which gave you an uneasy feeling during breakfast.Management-My biggest complaint would be the management staff, they seemed to use every opportunity to be rude and excuse their greedy and rude behaviour and not really make sure that the guests needs are met and there was no accountability from their side.
