+: Sehr freundlicher Chef an der Rezeption. Zimmer mit Meerblick sehr schön. Frühstück ausbaufähig. Ansonsten alles gut.

+: Bien situado. El recepcionista es encantador fue muy amable en todo momento. Estuvo siempre pendiente que todo estuviera bien. El desayuno no es variado pero estaba bueno. Apartamento grande y cómodo con ascensor. Enorme terraza con buenas vistas. Parking propio. Gracias por tratarnos tan bien. Recomendable 100%

+: Die Wirtsfamilie war sehr aufmerksam und war immer für uns da. Die Zimmer sind renoviert und stimmen mit den Bildern auf der Webseite überein. Ich empfehle die Zimmer mit Balkon zum Strand. Ich werde es beim nächsten Besuch in Vlora wieder buchen.

-: Visiting from Sweden, my first impression was bad the room was old and didn't look like the pictures online and it looks more like a motel. There was an old lady who stopped us from going to our room and she was very disrespectful she treated us like we were thieves and she didn't let us go to our room until we showed our key. There is just one person who speaks English in this place so it is really hard to communicate with them. This place is not very safe someone tried to enter our room and it was scary.There was a lot of insects in the room and there was a wired noise coming from the holes in the wooden table, that noise was pretty annoying when I was trying to sleep and I'm not really sure what it was in the holes maybe some kind of insect or bug. Overall all this place is very expensive if you compare it to the other fancy hotel in albania and it is not worth it living and sleeping in the same room as incest and be treatedlike a thiev.If you are a tourist and are considering staying in this place do not because there are a lot of fancy hotels in vlore for the same price or even cheaper this is the wort place I have been in. In this place you are also going to be treated with disrespect and I was treated like a thiev in my first day. I wrote this review to help tourists visiting please consider other options before booking here and don't waste your time and money here.

+: The location was great. The included breakfast was okay. I'm glad there was air conditioning! I like the café on site.

-: The halls of the hotel echo quite a bit. There was noise from the staff very early in the morning, as well as some clicking or snapping noise almost all hours of the day, so that was annoying. The nose from the beachfront promenade and music from the restaurants before (until 11pm or so) was to be expected, so that was fine, but don't get a seaview room if that bothers you.

+: Die Hotelbesitzer waren sehr nett, zuvorkommen und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns ´sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel hat einer sehr gut und zentrale Lage auf der Standseite. Da ich ordnungsliebend bin möchte ich die Reinigungsfrau besonders loben.
