Some hostels are better than this hotel.

+: Our room was not available when we arrived (at 6 PM). After a half an hour we got the presidential suite, no communication on why we were given another room. Dirty, beds broken, tiles from the pool were loose, dead plants in the entrance, ... We decided not the stay and moved to another hotel.

+: La colazione è molto poco varia. Il 90 % è rappresentato da uova e quelle all'occhio di bue erano sempre molto scure in superficie ..... La posizione dell'albergo non è male anche se intorno c'è molto degrado.
-: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la nostra stanza non era pronta al nostro arrivo.... Quando siamo scesi per avvisare che non avevamo né lenzuola né asciugamani, ci è stato risposto che..... La lavanderia era chiusa. Pur aver fatto presente il problema il giorno del check out , non ci sono state fatte né le scuse, né uno sconto

+: The pool was large and there were free sun loungers at the beach. The staff was friendly.
-: No towels and bed sheets for 7 hours after arriving. Needed repeated nagging to eventually get them. Room was smelly. One of the mattress' was completely worn. The pool and sun loungers and much of the rest of the hotel desperately needed renovation. The breakfast was rather fair.

+: Great location, close to the city center and just 150 meters away from the beach. Very nice swimming pool. The staff was very nice and we were granted an early check-in around 11.30 am.
-: None of the staff spoke our language (BosnianCroatianSerbian).
