-: Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, und ist sehr sympathisch angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles in allem war se okay. Das einzige was ich nicht in Ordnung fand ist dass die Zimmern nicht jeden Tag gereinigt werden. Es gab mehr oder weniger nichts von hygienische Artikeln wie Duschgel, Shampoo, Seife. Ich persönlich nehme immer meine eigene mit, aber ihr solltet es wahrscheinlich wissen.

+: We can confirm that the views are amazing and the location too. There’s a stairway directly from the hotel to the promenade and beach. Beautiful bars around, shopping opportunities etc.! The breakfast was fine. There’s one friendly young woman who took care of the check-in etc. The roof top is really great for watching sunsets and the pool actually seemed clean (some reviews here state it was dirty).

-: Unfortunately the bathroom had water dropping from the ceiling which smelled bad. Whenever we came back to our room, the smell inside was very bad and made our stay uncomfortable. There’s a fridge but you won’t use it to cool your beers overnight, because the fridge is so loud it will keep you from sleeping. There was an issue with the electricity in our room, the light did not turn off fully unless we removed the light bulb.Lots of funny adventures for us to discover in the room but we would not recommend it if all you want is to relax in a cozy place in wonderful Saranda. Apart from the young woman who was very kind (but poor her has to take care of everything alone?), the staff was rather unfriendly avoiding eye contact and making me feel as if any question I have would rather disturb them.

+: A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Közel a strand. A reggeli egyszerű, de megfelelő.

-: Leider bekamen wir in der ersten Nacht nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. So hatten wir keinen Meerblick und auch keinen Balkon.

+: Alles. Die Lage war einfach zu perfekt. Personal ist super freundlich!! Würden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

+: De ruime kamer, het appartement en bed waren perfect.

-: De locatie was vrij ver van het centrum af, het douchewater liep de badkamer in. Dit was onhygiënisch.

+: Duży taras, podziemny parking

-: Obsługa niemiła, słabe śniadanie, prysznic zaraz obok toalety, brak ręczników i suszarki, winda jeździ tylko do góry i nie ma zabezpieczenia kiedy drzwi się zamykają.

+: Absolutely nothing

-: The staff unfriendly. There is full mismatch between what is displayed on Booking.com with the reality.If you complain for the facilities (air-conditioner was not working)its better if you are ready for physical confrontation and they threaten to us by saying we have connections with local police!!!On our observation as to why there is mismatch between what we booked and what they gave to us, the answer was that they dont know what is displayed in Booking.com and that they have no clue why do the have 4-5 stars at the website. Apparently they didnt provide their star rating to Booking.com!!!On check-in, they make you pay in advance for the entire stay(without letting you look at the rooms) so, once you pay they dont care about any complaints that you might have. I later found out that they informed booking.com that i didnt show up!!! This was completely not true!!!Car parking is another nightmare as u need to park your car on a underground tunnel that has direct exit to the main road and once u decide to go out of the parking you are completely entering the main road blindly.
