-: Das ganze Hotel ist in einer Baustelle, inklusive der Tiefgarage. Das Personal beachtet einen eigentlich kaum. Wir hatten das „Glück“, dass unsere Zimmernachbarn bis 3 Uhr nachts laut Party gefeiert haben. Erst als wir uns beschwert haben, war Ruhe.

-: The pools are freezing cold like barely heated even on a hot day they were difficult to swim in (both indoor and outdoor). The building was all under construction (which we were not told prior to booking) so our view was just metal bars and construction kind of pointless paying for pool view. The rooms are quite dark with not much light

+: Most comfortable bed in Albania. And huge. Great outdoor pool. Location ideal close to everything. Just get bus from main station and drops you 100 metres away. Cleaning staff so friendly and nice. Engaged in conversation and genuinely looked like they enjoyed being there.Front desk so helpful.
-: Bar staff. Seem disinterested in being there. One very nice young man was the exception.We actually told him he was best waiter there.
