-: Teveel kleine kinderen aanwezig (schreeuwen, huilen). Ouders leggen handdoeken bij zwembad en bezetten het zwembad waar gegeten en gedronken wordt.

+: Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans la suite que nous avions réservée dans ce bel hôtel de bord de mer. Une très jolie suite avec un salon particulier , un dressing , un balcon et une grande salle d’eau. Nous avons apprécié l’hôtel dans son ensemble et notamment la salle et le service du petit déjeuner.
-: Nous formulons des réserves sur le service d’étage , pas très pro . Et l’on s’étonne que parfois, seule l’eau chaude s’écoule du robinet . Les mitigeurs ne fonctionnent pas. Impossible , dans ces conditions, de prendre une douche sous une eau brûlante. L’accueil n’est pas au niveau d’un 5*…

+: The staff were amazing.Very relaxing environment. Pizzas were exceptional. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
-: Hotel says that the pool is exclusively for guest use, but it was very busy with non-guests on our first day.Room needed a refresh (which we advised reception on check out and were advised will be addressed) as there were a couple of minor maintenance issues such as a loose towel rail, curtain which had come off its eyelets.

-: The service is not at the level of a 5 stars hotel - we have been given a table for dinner and after 5 mins the waitress came back to advise that it was finally reserved and that we had to leave - once you install the customers you can’t chase them you have to accommodate and assume your mistakes - to be fair the manager whom I have asked to speak to following this incident has offered us a dinner or drinks as compensation which we didn’t take. Even at the beach the service is very poor you have to wave the waiter a couple of times before he checks on you ….
