+: We stayed at the MonarC Hotel twice at the beginning and end of our Albania experience. It is a large, fairly centrally located hotel. We were able to walk from there to most of the sights we wanted to see. Both times our room was quite large with lots of space for luggage, etc. The bathrooms are well appointed, though the first bathroom had a giant jacuzzi tub with a rain shower so the water splashed a bit. The second time there was again a rain shower, but in a shower stall. There are a couple of steps to get into the hotel, otherwise there is an elevator.
-: The breakfast was a little disappointing, though they did make eggs and espresso drinks on request.
