+: Pulizia impeccabile tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani.Proprietario gentile e impegnato a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.Posizione vicinissima al mare: basta fare qualche scala e ci si ritrova sul lungomare e le spiagge.

+: Kind staff at the location, they really helped as much as they could. The room was clean and the beds were fine.
-: The airconditioning was dirty, we told the kind staff at location. We got to talk someone on the phone (who spoke English) and he got mad when we told him that our friend got sick because of the dirty airconditioning.The staff gave us a new room, where we cleaned the airconditioning filters our self.The shower drain didn't work well, we had to take breaks while taking a shower.It is a nice appartement but important to maintain it better.

+: Personale cortese, ospitale, pronta ad aiutarti in caso di necessità. rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ampi spazi, fornito del necessario per un breve soggiorno. Avere il parcheggio a disposizione è davvero un’ottima risorsa. Pulizia quotidiana, cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Posizione strategica per andare verso Ksamil, Butrinto, ecc… perché non bisogna attraversare con la macchina il centro di Saranda (un incubo utilizzare l’auto) ma un po’ lontana dal centro e dal lungomare, bisogna camminare almeno un 40 minuti a piedi ma a noi è piaciuta comunque perché eravamo fuori dal caos.
-: Mancano delle piccole accortezze, come una tenda per la doccia o fornire kit saponi o cambio asciugamani quotidiano invece che ogni 2 giorni. Ma con il prezzo con cui mette a disposizione la camera direi che i servizi sono ottimi e queste piccole accortezze non si notano.
