+: Beautiful sea side view. Perfect beach. Crystal clear waters like no other place in the world. I would say one of the best for summer vacations. Free umbrellas & free parking. Beautiful romantic sunset. Quiet location. Nice and friendly people. Good service.

-: Not many choices of food. Food was ok, but not the best cook out there though. You have to use your car if you want to go other places and once on the street the traffic is a nightmare, specially peak hours. They have a big problem with water. Many times I have been with no water to shower in the bathrooms when too many people use the water at the same time. They have to fix the water pumping.

+: Staff was very helpful, the food was really good .We had an amazing room with a beautiful view by the sea.

+: Other then the beach? Nothing, absolutely nothing!

-: Well to begin with, someone needs to train the staff, that greeting doesn't cost a thing, being miserable and coming to work miserable its not the hotel guest's fault, stay home or find another job. I understand Albanian language but chose to use English as its easier for me to communicate and on a few occasions once specifically overheard staff making derogatory comments and also comments about up-charging customers for drinks. As far as the room , well cockroaches and ants are crawling all day and night, Shower? well shower had a clogged drain and every shower I took it was flooding the whole bathroom , Noise? Well having room on the 4th floor underneath the restaurant didn't help, banging would start at 3 am and on pretty much the whole day. Quite honestly I wouldn't rate this hotel with 1 star let alone with 4! The only good I mean great thing is the location and the beach, everyone else dismal

+: La posizione è eccellente, cosi come la terrazza panoramica per la colazione al 5piano. Avevamo stanza con vista mare e lo spettacolo è pazzesco. Il complesso della struttura esternamente è bello.

-: Avevamo una camera tripla ma la stanza include solo 2 lettini ed una sdraio (nn specificato nel sito) cosi abbiamo dovuto pagare 15euro al giorno per avere altri 2 lettini ed un ombrellone in quanto non è possibile avere solo un lettino! la colazione è molto basica e di bassa qualita.Se si vuole una bevanda calda in piu si deve pagare (andandosela a prendere al 1p). La pulizia della stanza consiste nel tirare su le lenzuola in malo modo (no pulizia a terra) e gli asciugamani sono lisi. La spiaggia accoglie anche esterni all'hotel però agli ospiti non viene attribuito il lettino per cui bisogna svegliarsi presto x sceglierlo.Parcheggio congestionato e questo rende spesso complicato uscire con l'auto. Il personale per la maggioranza è poco disponibile. Peccato veramente
