+: Duża przestrzeń i bardzo uczynny właściciel. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we wszystkie udogodnienia. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony.

+: Vasta remontoitu asunto sijaitsi kerrostalossa, jossa asui myös paikallisia. Talo oli rauhallinen ja asunnolta oli vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka rannalle. Isäntä Cimi oli erittäin ystävällinen, lahjoitti meille pullon oliiviöljyä ja tarjosi saapuessa juomat ja lapsille jäätelöt. Autolle järjestyi parkkipaikka talon edestä. Kävelyetäisyydellä oli paljon ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Myös satama oli lähellä ja sieltä pääsi kätevästi käymään päiväretkellä Corfulla. Asunnossa oli kompakti parveke, josta näkyi merelle. Lapsille oli kerrossänky.

-: Asunnon varustelussa oli pieniä puutteita, jotka isäntä lupasi laittaa kuntoon. Iso kulmasohva irtopäällyksineen oli hieman epäkäytännöllinen. Kerrossängyn yläpedille ei lapsi uskaltautunut. Makuuhuoneen sänky narisi, kun käänsi kylkeä, samoin oven saranat kaipasivat öljyämistä.

+: The owner is very friendly and and very trustworthy don’t be afraid to pay the deposit his very helpful and give all the information and always check if need any help i will definitely recommend we go back again.

Cimi is full of information and always available to share valuable advices to make your stay a memorable experience in Saranda, so don’t miss this tremendous opportunity.When we first arrived, Cimi and his lovely son were waiting for us outside and took us to the apartment that we have booked (a sparkling clean and fully furnished apartment with a very nice courtyard nicely decorated with lights and flowers) that exceeds any of the expectations, not to mention the welcoming gift, an extra virgin olive oil bottle and a home made ice coffee along with candies. An exceptionally warm welcoming experience that you might not expect even in some of the 5 stars hotels as a preferred customer guest. We have spent 04 amazing nights at Cimi’s property which is very close to every center of interest in Saranda (very nice beaches, the city center & etc..) within a walkable distance. Cimi is a role model host that I highly recommend. Definitely we will come back again to Saranda and stay at Cimi’s property.

+: Alloggio posizionato in una zona tranquilla e lontano dai numerosi locali affollati e con musica ad alto volume. Cimi è una persona sempre presente che ti dà le informazioni ma allo stesso tempo è una perso na discreta. Ottima esperienza e se dovessi ritornare a saranda ritornerei sicuramente da lui.

+: Čimi je najboljši gostitelj na svetu. Toplo priporočam. Dobro svetuje, poskrbi, da so vsi srečni. Z domačimi zelišči je pozdravil tudi mojo mlajšo hčerko. Apartma je čist, udoben, udobne postelje. Terasa skoraj ves čas v senci, lokalna plaža zastonj, morje božansko, sveže in čisto, brez meduz, kot so bile v Draču v Jadranskem morju. Mesto zvečer živahno. Domačini prijazni in ustrežljivi. Vse kar človek potrebuje za počitek od dela. Poskrbljeno tudi za otroke.

-: Cene v mestu pretirane, priporočam, da za nasvet vprašate Čimija. Cene so veliko višje kot v EU. Lokalni izdelki ugodni.

+: We stayed in Saranda for three nights.The host is very helpful, he met us at the port and helped us with luggage. The apartment is clean and everything works like it should be.
