+: A beautiful hotel in a great location. Beautiful views from the rooms. Staff are very helpful, too. We were surprised one night with fresh fruit and Prosecco, which was a really lovely touch.

-: Não gostei de no booking.com dizer que o hotel tinha piscina e ao chegar no hotel, informarem que a piscina ainda está sendo construída!!!E nas fotos do Booking mostrava uma linda piscina na frente do hotel, porém esta piscina não era do hotel e sim uma piscina pública PAGA!!!!Me senti enganada neste sentido.

+: L'hôtel est top et face à la mer!!! Nous avons séjourner 2 jours avant dans un hôtel voisin (juste à côté) et au tarif plus élevé pfff déception! Puis nous avons ensuite été au Priam hôtel luxury. Pas du tous déçu !! Les chambre sont grande, belle et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable !!! Chambre face à la mer Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Vraiment je ne regrette pas mon choix pour cet hôtel. Hôtel qui dispose aussi d'une piscine, chose rare dans les hôtel à Vlore. Allez y!

+: Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber, die Balkone ebenfalls groß und mit Meerblick. Paloma von der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und kann gutes Englisch. Ein early Check in war ohne Aufpreis problemlos möglich.

-: Auf Booking gibt es diverse Bilder eines großen Pools direkt gegenüber dem Hoteleingang. Dieser Pool gehört nicht zum Hotel und muss extra bezahlt werden. Diese Bilder waren unser Hauptgrund warum wir das Hotel gebucht haben und diese sind Fake. Angeblich gibt es einen Rooftop-Pool der aber nicht offen hatte und laut älteren Rezensionen im Oktober 2023 noch nicht offen war. Wartungsarbeiten sind das dann wohl nicht… 5 Sterne hat dieses „luxury Resort“ definitiv nicht verdient. Das Frühstück war um kurz vor halb 9 bereits so gut wie leer und es wurde nichts aufgefüllt. „Fitness Studio, Spa & Wellness, Rooftop-Pool coming soon“ ist auch alles fein, aber dann darf damit keine Werbung gemacht werden! Dafür war der bezahlte Preis für zwei Nächte definitiv zu hoch!

+: We loved the sunsets from the hotel: the view is stunning. Rooms are clean and stylish. Breakfast is very good.I would like to mention the kindness of Paloma: she has been very helpful and professional. Overall the staff of the hotel is young and kind.

-: The hotel is not yet a 5 stars as advertised; unfortunately there is no pool, no spa, no gym and there is no beach. If they want to be a Resort, they need to find a solution for the “beach” as it was not pleasant: sunbeds are too close to each other.
