+: Posizione ottima, appena dopo il tunnel che segna il termine del lungomare di Valona. Parcheggio interno gratuito. Personale gentilissimo. Camere davvero comode e pulite. Il voto è 10!!!!!

-: Para no ir. Llegamos a las 18 de la tarde y nos dicen que nuestra habitación está ocupada. Que hay otra familia que reservo más días y que no les pueden echar, que lo sienten y que no tenemos habitación, alucinamos. Aún así, nos llevan a unos apartamentos que están al lado de ellos para conseguirnos alojamiento. Y nos quieren dar por el mismo precio (nosotros teníamos piso con balcón y vistas) una habitación con todo lo contrario...a lo cual nos qu ejamos y nos rebajan algo de dinero. Todo esto, cuando previamente piden que se reserve el parking y contactamos con ellos el día anterior y nos dicen que sin problema, sin otro remedio tuvimos que aceptar la habitación antes de quedarnos sin nada.
