Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Royal G 5* 2024-2025 Albania, Durres

+: Nice hotel with the added benefit of underground parking. We had a large and comfortable room overlooking the sea and the pool. Breakfast was included in our room rate.

-: The hotel obviously caters to group tours which was fine but there are some basics that I think should be catered to if you are going to appeal to an international market. Firstly, provide hair conditioner in the bathroom. Secondly, allow drinksfood to be charged to your room. The breakfast offering was very disjointed and it was as if there was lots of food but nothing I wanted to eat - I recommend adding cut fresh fruit, a toaster so guests can have toasted bread, set tables with cutlery so guests don't have to try and find it, put the jam, honey, butter etc by the bread,

+: staff is very friendly, they are open to help in any case.

+: - The room looked great, it was cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable- The view from the balcony was lovely

-: - The shower was broken (it was leaking and every time flooding the entire bathroom)- The bathtub was broken- Jacuzzi and sauna didn’t work- The staff didn’t speak English and wasn’t very eager to help with anything

+: At the beach, no traffic. Soundproof windows. Friendly staff...the welcoming receptionist gave me an early check-in.

-: Missed a kettle in the room to make my own coffee.
