+: L'hôtel est très beau, le personnel vraiment agréable et gentil. La piscine est grande, agréable et offre une bonne ambiance. L'espace spa est également agréable, avec un accès possible jusqu'à tard la nuit. La restauration est de qualité, ainsi que les cocktails. Le petit déjeuner est bon. La chambre est grande et confortable.Le seul point à discuter est le petit lavabo, qui n'offre pas assez de place pour deux personnes, mais cela reste un petit détail. Sinon, l'hôtel est au top avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes. Je recommande à 100% !

+: Staff was very helpful - Xhesi and Kejsi at reception were so lovely. Everyone was smiling at all times. Facilities were great, pool and entertainment was perfect. Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. Thank you so much for the amazing experience - I wish we stayed longer!
