+: The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, shops, markets, and dining.
-: The apartment had a sugar ant problem and despite keeping it clean from crumbs and food debris, ants were noticed consistently. The apartment was divided into two rooms; however, only the sleeping room had air conditioning. The kitchen was without air-conditioning and it remained warm. Finally, the apartment was located on the fourth floor which is not necessarily a negative however if you're traveling with two toddlers and much luggage it is a bit inconvenient getting up and down the stairs.
