+: Great location next to the beach and nice that they had their own car park right next to the entrance. Staff was generally nice and helpful.
-: The noise - as others write the parties on the beach are very loud. But as they stop at midnight this was not the worst for us: What was worst was the room (and they called it the best one) was located right next door to the washing room where a cleaning lady from 7 am would roll and was sheets. The roller was extremely loud and she would have an alarm on her phone go off all the time. They need to fix this. Also breakfast was not the best, but it was OK. And the bed of the room looked very moldy. All in all not worth the money, but they're really nice and they're trying.
