+: Very good ratio of quality and price considering that breakfast is also included in the price. The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed. Although the house is on a hill, it is not difficult to get to the beach and promenade. The view was beautiful, the balcony quite large. When we went around almost all of Sranda, the piloh of the house is above the best and most popular touristic part of the city, right above the promenade. We were happy there.

-: Poorly equipped kitchen. Breakfast the same every day, it would be good to change something every now and then.

+: Dobre śniadania, bardzo dobra kawa :)

+: Gutes Frühstück, schöne Aussicht, hilfsbereiter Host der stehts da ist wenn man ihn braucht.

-: Der Weg vom Strand zur Unterkunft ist etwas anstrengend, da die Treppen steil sind.

+: La ubicación. Estaba cerca de todo, aunque era necesario subir una tremenda escalera para poder volver. El staff, Anxhela muy amorosa y atenta. Nos dejaron lavar nuestra ropa, lo que fue maravilloso.

-: Era una habitación bastante chica para 3, no teníamos espacio y la ducha no tenia cortinas, por lo que era un desastre. Para el precio que pagamos está perfecto, pero no es el mejor lugar.

+: Posizione ottima e strategica per poter raggiungere le spiagge più belle. Camera spaziosa e pulita con angolo cottura e lavatrice, ampio terrazzo vista mare.

+: Mooie locatie op slechts 10 minuten van het strand (met trappen tussendoor). Gastvrouw erg vriendelijk, was altijd bereikbaar en gaf bij inchecken veel informatie. Ontbijt in buffetvorm, was een prima ontbijt. Al met al een prima verblijf

-: Douche werd wisselend warm koud, airco maakt een tikkend geluid en de afzuigkap is niet aangesloten.

+: Delicious breakfast on the fresh air, nice place and the best was observation deck on the sea.

+: Amazing view of the ocean from our balcony! Only about a 5 min walk down many stairs and you’re at the boardwalk areabeach with many restaurants. Beds were comfy, fresh towels given daily with room cleaning. My partner worked remotely and the wifi worked great. Really nice owners (a husband and wife) who run basically everything themselves and do a great job!

-: Air conditioning a little noisy but worked fine otherwise to keep the room cool! Everything else great.
