+: The staff was awesome. They were personable, helpful, always responsive, and attentive. They were even funny.My room was nice and clean and had a great view. It had a balcony overlooking the sea.Because of the staff I would probably stay here again.

-: The toilet paper was far from the toilet. There was no bidet.The room had only had a bed and two chairs and no other furniture. It had no night stands, closets, suitcase stand or storage. Maybe this is because it is brand new?There was a kettle but no coffee or tea.However, the worst was that there was no hot water for three days.

+: Had a lovely stay at Vlora International. :) Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea & the part. The room itself was spacious and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city.
