+: A 3 paradas en tranvía del centro, se podía ir dando un paseo. Zona tranquila pero con todos los servicios. El apartahotel con servicio 24 horas. Un lugar perfecto para conocer la ciudad.

+: Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, U-Bahn-Station liegt in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Donau ist in Sichtweite. Das Frühstück ist lecker und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben dies nur an ausgewählten Tagen kurzfristig hinzugebucht, war kein Problem. Die Kuchen waren unschlagbar! Kaffeevariationen, Tee, Saft, Mich und Wasser, alles bestens! Die Kitchenette im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle ist hervorragend ausgestattet.
-: Das gebuchte Zimmer lag zur Innenseite des Hotels, die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Dies war uns bei Zimmerbuchung nicht klar und wäre von uns wissentlich so auch nicht geordert worden. Die Zimmerbeschreibung hat dies leider nicht hergegeben. Lüften ist faktisch nur über die Klimaanlage möglich. Ein Zimmerupgrade wäre möglich gewesen, war uns für die 5 Übernachtungen allerdings zu teuer, zumal die Zimmer nach Außen zur lauten Straßenseite lagen. Auf das freie Zimmer hätten wir auch warten müssen. Die U-Bahn fährt unter dem Hotel durch, was wir im zweiten Stock ebenfalls gemerkt haben, aber man gewöhnt sich an diesen Gedanken. Ein Plus hat die Innenseite: Es ist definitiv ruhig.

-: No air-conditioning there was a mobile air-condition that made the situation even worse it returned the heat to the room.The bed was not comfy. Not worth it to pay for a balcony it worth nothing.
