The lovingly restored apartment house from the 19th century close to the center of Vienna offers apartments from 31 to 249 ft² in size. All apartments are quiet and overlook a small garden. Aldano Apartments Vienna are all completely furnished and consist of a living room, a bedroom and a modern kitchen with all kitchen utensils and facilities. Electronic key cards, high-speed Internet access and a laundry service are also available. The central location and the public transport connections (underground, bus, CAT-City Airport Train) mean that you can quickly and easily reach any destination in the city and the surrounding area.

+: Cozy studio at the rooftop, Entrance (Stiege) No3. The studio has nice terrasse (extra bonus, or standard offer?) with splendid view and plenty of privacy. The terrasse offered morning and afternoon sunshine as it is two-sided oriented. The room was bright, comfortable, spacious enough, with window blinds. Aldano appartments is pretty large property, consisting of 3 separate entrances and several appartments. Location is very good, close to bus and UBahn stop and the main shopping street within few steps.
-: Finding a parking in front ofnear the entrance of the property was almost mission impossible, despite arriving on Sunday afternoon. The lift is claustrophobic small. One person with hand luggage can barely enter it. Moving in therefore requires several tiring lift rides accompanied by annoying luggage handling on entering and exiting. Disinfection device in the lobby was not functioning. The kitchen is very small and narrow, suitable for one person only (either cooking or just moving around). The overall cleanliness was not entirely satisfying - with stains, left hairs, dust remnants (be bathroom, beds, kitchen, or...). There was a 4 cm thick ice layer in the deep freezer of the refrigerator.

+: Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichen können, aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es einfacher. Zimmer ist für 3 Erwachsene völlig ausreichend und auch in der Küche ist alles da um sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, es war sehr ruhig und angenehm.
-: Vielleicht könnte in der Dusche ein Vorhang sein, aber wenn man etwas aufpasst, dann geht es auch ohne. Sonst war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, wenn wir irgendwann wieder in Wien sein sollten:-)

+: logement propre et spacieux, présence d'un ascenseur et bien situé. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. De plus, des casiers sont à disposition pour laisser les bagages pour ceux qui arrivent tot ou partent tard, très pratique :D
