+: A localização é perfeita, porque é mesmo em frente à catedral. Está, assim, a uma distância a pé razoável de todos os pontos interessantes da cidade, mas também tem o metro mesmo à porta. A zona é segura e muito movimentada, mas, apesar disso, o hotel é silencioso e tranquilo. Todos os funcionários foram muito educados, simpáticos e prestáveis, o que contrastou com outras experiências anteriores em Viena. Tiveram também pequenos pormenores de simpatia que tornaram a experiência muito agradável. O quarto era espaçoso, bem decorado e, sobretudo, muito confortável.
