+: L appartement est très bien situé et très confortable avec une literie excellenteLe seul bemol c est la douche..... elle fuit ce qui rend très humide la salle de bain , le plancher gondole et le sol est perpétuellement mouillé Cela nécessiterait quelques travaux....

-: Unica pecca il condizionatore non funzionava, non raffreddava, pur avendolo fatto.presente subito dopo il check.in anche con ripetuti messaggi il.problema non è stato risolto. Non siamo riusciti a dormire le notti perché faceva molto caldo e inoltre l'unica finestra dava su un cortile interno in cui c'erano anche i rumori degli altri condizionatori.

+: Super Lage und exzellente Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Es kann auch sehr viel fußläufig erreicht werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Self Check in und Check out haben unkompliziert funktioniert.
-: Äußerer Eingangsbereich unsauber und riecht nach Urin. Die Wohnung wirkt abgewohnt, haben uns leider von den Bildern blenden lassen. Unsere Wohnung ist tatsächlich gar nicht abgebildet. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und hatten nur 2 große und 2 kleine Handtücher (2 Erwachsene mit langen Haaren), unserem Wunsch nach einem weiteren Handtuch wurde ignoriert.Dusche und Duschkopf verschmutzt. Die Couch war stark verschmutzt auch die Decke, die darüber gelegt wurde, war schmutzig. Vor der Couch lag ein sehr schmutziger und verbrauchter Teppich.
