+: Die Lage ist sehr gut - wenige Meter zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln U-Bahn - S-Bahn etc. Supermärkte ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar Prater zu Fuss zu erreichen
-: Hinweis mit Adressangabe auf P+R Parkmöglichkeit, da Strassenparkplätze zwar vorhanden, aber max Parkdauer 2 Stunden.
