The Avenzio Appartements are just 100 m from the Gaislachkogelbahn cable car in Sölden. Each spacious apartment has a southeast-facing balcony overlooking the Ötztal Alps. Guests of the Avenzio Appartements enjoy free private parking

The modern apartments all feature cable TV, a bathroom with hairdryer, and a kitchenette with a dining area.

Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. At the on site sports store, guests can rent ski equipment, buy ski passes and book a place in the ski school or the ice skating rink. A cross-country ski run is available within 100 m from the hotel.

A supermarket and a bakery are only 200 m away and the distance to the closest bus station is 50 m.

From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.

Полы с подогревом в гостиной и ванной, широкий диван, два вместительных шкафа, светлые и просторные комнаты. Улыбчивая хозяйка, быстрое заселение, хорошего качества полотенца. Рядом каток, Спар, подъемник - везде пешком.

Оочень чистое смпокойное место!и хозяйка суперская дружелюбная женщина,если поедем в Зёлден еще раз,то будем останавливатся имеенно в жтим аппартаментах

Были в марте, семьей с детьми. Все понравилось, на кухне есть все необходимое( посуда, столовые приборы, кастрюли, сковородки), даже ср-ва для посудомоечной машины и средство для мытья посуды, полотенца на кухне(!!), в ванной все также есть, не пришлось даже покупать дополнительно туалетную бумагу( можно было взять в холле), не хватало правда стульчика или подножки около раковины( для детей было не очень удобно). Были 2 недели, смена белья и полотенец раз в неделю, вполне нормально для апартаментов, в холле также можно было взять пылесос. В подвальном помещении есть стиральная и сушильная машины( отдавали вещи хозяйке- сама стирала и сушила- нас устроило) и комната для хранения лыж и ботинок, все удобно. Все в пешей доступности- рестораны, продуктовый магазин, подъёмник, остановка автобуса в 50 метрах( чтобы переехать на другой подъемник). Есть гостевая карта, с которой ходили в бассейн бесплатно. Симоне отдельное спасибо, всегда приветлива, все рассказала и объяснила.
