+: The location is excellent, the view from the balcony fantastic, the staff is attentive and professional. The SPA facilities are very good.
-: The food on the dinner is below the expected quality. The SPA is sometimes overcrowded, but it is usually not a problem.

-: Service im Hotel war für den gezahlten Preis sehr schlecht, lange Wartezeiten, Sachen wurden vergessen und eine Entschuldigung kam nur selten. Alles in allem wirkte das Servicepersonal nicht richtig „geschult“, man konnte deutlich erkennen, dass das Team untereinander nicht gut kommuniziert.
