+: Location, close to the airport and close to train station. It’s cheap

-: Air conditioning controlled by receptionist it’s a bit annoying when you have to ask every time to switch onoff or change temperature

+: Lage perfekt an der Autobahn. Parkplätze genügend und frei zugänglich. Nur 10min (1km) Fußweg zur Tram 71 oder S-Bahn in die Wien City.
