+: Sehr zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Kurzer Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel. Alles frisch renoviert und sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Kaffeespezialitäten und Eierspeisen. Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

+: Lage einmalig - mitten im Stadtzentrum. Sehr schöne renoviertes Hotel und viel Charme. Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl und sehr schön angerichtet.
-: Mit dem Auto ist der Zugang nicht einfach zu finden. Wenn einmal gefunden ist es aber kein Problem. Zimmer war klein. Für Koffer etc. hat es nicht viel Platz.

+: Very central, the hotel is perfectly located. The room is nice and cozy with very comfortable beds . Spacious bathroom , great shower . The hotel receptionists were very helpful with the service, checking in and help with a taxi.
-: The restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday when we arrived . There is no kettle no coffee machine in the room.

+: - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal- sehr gute Lage direkt an der Getreidegasse- wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof- Zimmer und Bad fast wie neu- auch mit Auto einfach erreichbar. Parkplatz in kurzer Gehdistanz im Mönchsberg

+: Great location in the inner town. The hotel was accessible, meaning that you could drive right up to the hotel to load and unload luggage. Very funky property with artsy feel. Our room was spacious and functional. The cooling system was good. The breakfast was first class and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
-: I would consider this to be a 4 star property. But still very good. Many amenities were missing - no robes or slippers, no hair conditioner, no coffee machine.
