-: First room we got had no electricity. Second room we got had problems with air conditioning. All in all we lost more than an hour till the hotel finally found an appropriate room. In all rooms the toilet is located behind the bed, separated by the glass door. Very interesting and absolutely non practical decision.

+: Sehr reichhaltiges sehr gutes Frühstück, auch beim Abendessen standen mehrere Menüs zur Auswahl. Sauberkeit, angenehme Zimmer mit jedem Komfort, schöne Aussicht, ruhig, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, kostenloser Thermenzutritt über einen kleinen, versteckten Lift und dem Keller mit Armband-NFC-Schlüssel, kleiner hoteleigener SPA Bereich, nette Gartenanlagen mit Teichanlagen zum Entspannen, sehr großer, weitläufiger Hotelkomplex mit außergewöhnlichem Flair.

+: Das Frühstück war sensationell. Sehr viel Auswahl, auch der Prosecco am Morgen war ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Reich an Wurst, Käse und alles was das Herz begehrt.
-: Leider wurden wir auf Grund Personalmangels nicht wie versprochen am Bahnhof abgeholt. Eine Absage wäre nett gewesen. Dafür durften wir als Entschädigung gleich auf unsere Zimmer gehen - das fand ich okay. Das Abendessen war recht gut, auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, aber ich fand es sehr unangenehm, dass uns Schnäpse angeboten wurden (in Wien gehen die oftmals aufs Haus) und diese aber dann verrechnet wurden mit knapp EUR 20,-. Sehr frech, war enttäuschend.

+: Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und bieten ausreichend Platz. Das Buffet beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und köstlich, genauso wie die servierten Gänge.
