+: شخصيًا أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق للعائلات والمجموعات والأفراد. قضيت إقامة رائعة في هذا الفندق لمدة أربعة ليالٍ في بداية شهر سبتمبر. لا يسعني إلا أن أشيد بطاقم العمل الودود والمهني، خاصة لورا ودومينيك وباربارا. لقد قدموا لي الكثير من المساعدة والنصائح القيّمة حول الأماكن السياحية في المنطقة. الغرفة كانت مجهزة بشكل جيد، والسرير كان مريحًا للغاية. استمتعت بالإطلالة البانورامية على الجبال من الشرفة. الفطور الصحي كان جميل الى حدٍ ما .. كان مثاليًا لبدء اليوم. لا يمكنني نسيان بطاقة كابرنزيلامسي التي قدمها لي الفندق بشكل مجاني والتي سهلت عليّ استكشاف اهم الأماكن السياحية في المنطقة ودخولها بشكل مجاني بالكامل. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for four nights at the beginning of September. I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly and professional staff, especially Barbara، Dominik and Laura. who provided me with lots of tips on local attractions. The free KaprunZell am See card was a great bonus, which granted me access to numerous tourist sites. The room was very comfortable, and the mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The healthy and delicious breakfast was the perfect start to each day.I would highly recommend this hotel to families, groups, and individuals. I want to thank all the staff for their warm welcome, hospitality, and constant smiles from start to finish.
-: السلبيتين الوحيدة بين كل هذه الايجابيات هي:1- انه لا يتم تغيير مفارش واغطية السرير الا كل 5-7 ايام.2- بالاضافة الى انه لا يوجد ايميل ليتم التواصل مع الفندق (لديهم رقم للاتصال لكن مشغل الهاتف في دولتي لا يسمح بالاتصال الدولي)، للاسف كانت سفرة خاصة بشهر العسل وحاولت التواصل مع وجود بوكينق كوسيط لغرض ترتيب بعض التجهيزات لشهر العسل واستعدادي التام لتحمل اي مبالغ مطلوبة لغرض تحضير التجهيزات، لكن للاسف يبدو ان التواصل لم يتم لانه لم يكن هناك اي تجهيزات او مفاجأت مما جعل زوجتي تشعر بالخيبة مني.أود أن أشكر جميع طاقم العمل على حسن استقبالهم و ضيافتهم وبشاشتهم وحفاظهم على الابتسامة منذ اليوم الاول وحتى الاخير. The only two downsides to my otherwise wonderful stay were:1. The bed linens were changed only every 5-7 days.2. There was no email address to contact the hotel (they only had a phone number, but my mobile carrier doesn't allow international calls). Unfortunately, as this was our honeymoon, I tried to contact the hotel through Booking.com to arrange some honeymoon surprises, and I was willing to pay any extra charges. However, it seems my request was not communicated, as there were no surprises or special arrangements, which unfortunately disappointed my wife from me.
