-: No AC, even if pedestal fan was placed in room it was impossible to sleep in night and we were there only in middle of June. Had to keep the window open - so got noise, light and mosquitoes

+: Fantastic view of the cathedral from the balcony of room 15. Easy walk to centre of Vienna.

+: Very good location and friendly helpful staff.

-: No air conditioning. It was 32 degrees every day while we were there and it would have been nice to have a cool room to sleep in each night. The fans in the room just moved the hot air around.
