+: The staff were amazing! I travelled with my kids, which was not very common there, and all of them were super nice. On my son's birthday, they left him a cake with a balloon and a dedicated card without us mentioning it in any way. They were very helpful on the first day, when we arrived early and opted to store our luggage. They took care of everything, and the luggage was waiting in our room when we got there. Breakfast was charming. Not as big and varied as you might be accustomed to, but it was very interesting and unique. The products were top notch, fresh, organic and tasty.

-: The location was ok for us, because we planned on going to Prater park mostly, however, it's not what you'd consider a good location in general. It's outside the city center and although it's close to a metro station, you'd have to use one wherever you'd want to go. Accordingly, during the weekend, most restaurants around the hotel were closed. I don't think the location should be considered an issue necessarily, but combined with the steep price, I'd consider staying closer to the center. The bathroom is big, but poorly designed. No towel racks and hardly any towel hooks (some of which are pretty well concealed). The only place where you could put a toiletries bag (or anything else) is high up, and out of reach of kids. There's no hook for a hands towel, etc. The shower didn't function properly. The switch button between shower head and bath would not go all the way to shower, which meant a constant left over stream to the bath, and low pressure in the shower head. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly. It was impossible to set the temperature of the water according to your preference. I don't know if it was musquitoes or bed bugs, but we woke up every morning covered with bites.

+: O pequeno almoço era muito bom, muita variedade, fruta fresca, vários queijos, frutos secos, granolas...... Camas e almofadas super confortáveis.

-: kein Hinweis wie man z. B. die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ausschaltet. Frühstück: komplett unorganiert! Lange Wartezeit ohne Information! IST FÜR EIN 4-Stern kompletter Wahnsinn und überhaupt nicht würdig! Die schlechteste Organisation die ich je für ein 4-Stern erlebt habe! Ungedeckte Fühstückstische! Stau ohne Ende im Frühstücksbereich! Normal würde das Service den KaffeeTee zum Tisch bringen! Die Tische müssten ausnahmslos gedeckt sein! Alles muss man sich selber holen! Eine absolute Frechheit für eiin 4-Sern! Werde das sowieso der Innung melden, was hier im Gange ist! Die Küche ist komplett angeräumt, alles liegt am Boden, man sieht alles! Niemand hat das Kommando beim Frühstück! Niemand! Viel zu unerfahrenes Personal, das wahrscheinlich nicht einmal Deutsch kann. Werde das sowieso melden! Das ist absolut in dieser Art unüblich und beschämend! Normaler Weise möchte man für ein 4-Stern in Ruhe frühstücken und ev. sogar eine Zeitun lesen, wenn das möglich wäre. Es fehlt hier in der Qualität beim Ablauf eines "normalen Frühstücks" um Meilen! Das Personal wirkt nicht gerade kompetent!
